CESI has a high-quality professional work force with 18 famous experts, 138 senior engineers. CESI also employs 72 well known experts in electronic and information technology standardization as consultants.

With post-doctoral scientific research station, CESI has established a platform to cooperate with universities to jointly cultivate experts for standardization. Till now, more than 70 standardization experts have been bought up.

CESI has established an experts exchange channel for standardization. Each year hundreds of experts are appointed to international standardization activities. And hundreds of foreign experts are invited.

Up to 2007, CESI has been awarded 325 prices at national or provincial level. Since 2001, 106 person-time have won the honor of national or provincial award.
