Calibration and measurement center is designated to develop calibration and measurement standards for electronics and IT, with the titles of ¡°MIIT electronic meteorology center¡±. It¡¯s also responsible for Quantity Transfer. Till now, the center has issued more than 40 calibration and measurement standards. Accredited by CNAS, it carries out research and calibration tests on integrated circuits, semiconductor discrete devices, impedance, time and frequency, and thermal performance. Parts of its testing items have achieved or even exceed the international or national advanced level. Especially in the hybrid integrated circuit field, the center is the sole domestic technical authority. The innovation of hybrid IC test system and development of power transistors switch parameter standard and RF components impedance parameter standard, solved the problem of values unification in respective fields in China.
