Information Service is perceived as the interactive bridge between CESI, government and society. With the tool of information technology and internet, Network Administration Center, Standards Information Service Center and Training Center work jointly to build up “the one-stop service platform for standards in the field of electronics and information technologies” on the basis of integration of standards information within CESI.

The Network Administration Center of CESI has set up an integrated application platform for software and hardware, and brought up a team of experts in the fields of design, development and maintenance of the network and information system, so that it is capable of providing services from information system construction, development of database application, network construction to electronics data, supporting standards service business with the technical platform and expertise, and guarantee of the safety, stability and reliability of standards information service network.

Standards Information Service Center is responsible for collection, publication, process and service of information on standards in the field of electronics and IT, which plays an important role in the area of information collection and publication of standards. Up to now, the center has published about 7000 standards related to electronics industry, and 500,000 leaflets and manuals for promulgation. The annual accumulating amount of the copies has reached 9 million. The paper and electronic standards documents, standards analysis, guides for use and the database of standards in the field of electronics and IT industry are also available. <Information Technology and Standardization> and <Safety and EMC> published by the center monthly or bimonthly are good publications integrating advantages of piloting, practicality，generality and readability.

Training Center has established the quality management system according to the national rules and international practices. Nowadays, while providing training for standardization, management, electronics industry technology, CMMI, SPCA and professional skill certification service, it has become a training center integrated with teachers, training materials, facilities and service, which plays a pillar role like “Add value through processing of standards” and “promulgation of standards information ”in standards service business.
